Welcome to the Bell Island Support Network (BISN), a dedicated not-for-profit organization committed to addressing social and health challenges related to addictions and recovery on Bell Island, Newfoundland and Labrador. Nestled in a rural community just a short drive and ferry ride from St. John's, Bell Island is home to approximately 2,400 residents and an Opioid Management and Treatment Clinic at the local hospital.
